Henry’s annual salary jumped from $12 million to $14 million, NFL Network reported.
Ezekiel Elliott ($12.4 million), Alvin Kamara ($11.5 million), Dalvin Cook ($8.9 million) and Joe Mixon ($8.7 million) follow Henry in running back salaries for 2022.
Henry, 28, originally signed a four-year, $50 million deal with the franchise in 2020. He will remain a free agent after the 2023 season.
Henry missed nine games in 2021 due to a foot injury, but returned in the postseason when the Titans lost in the AFC Division Round at home to the Cincinnati Bengals. He collected yards rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns (4.3 yards per carry).
Henry finished the 2020 season with an NFL-high 2,027 rushing yards and 17 rushing touchdowns (5.4 yards per carry) on 378 rushing attempts. He has three rushing seasons of 1,000+ yards.
Tennessee selected Henry with the 45th pick from Alabama in the 2016 NFL Draft.
