Another week of high school football games and Georgia Tech’s 2023 recruiting class had another solid week.
Yellowjackets currently has 16 commits for 2023 and ranks 49th overall in the country.
Here’s how the Yellowjacket commit went last night.
- Noland (FL) High School beat Carroll City 31-12 and Javin Simpkins got off to a good start to the season.
- Edge committed Zachariah Keith and Douglas County lost to McEachern in a hard-fought 35-31 match.
- Offensive line commit Patrick Screws and Eufaula (AL) remained undefeated with a 35-20 win over Headland.
- Jacob Cruz and North Cobb Christian won again, beating Wesleyan 19-15.
- Defensive line commit Anthony Little and Rock Creek Christian Academy (MD) lost 26-0 to Demasa.
- Defensive line commit Gensley Auguste and West Orange (NJ) High School won 13-7 against Montclair on Friday.
- Cornerback commit LJ Green and Montgomery Catholic Prep (AL) beat Booker T. Washington 56-14
- Defensive line commit Elijah Douglas and Pine Forest (FL) win 39-9 over Navarre
- Offensive line-committee Elias Croy and Alpharetta lose 43-28 to Cambridge
- Running backs Committed Trey Cornist and Wynton Woods (OH) maintained their undefeated streak with a 52-14 win over West Clermont.
- Kamal Bonner and Colquitt County beat Tift County 42-13
- Offensive tackles commit Benjamin Galloway and Hillgrove were slammed 55-21 by East Coweta.
