Culinary Educator Hires Veteran Global Financial Leader to Support and Drive Strategic Initiative

As Chief Financial Officer, Christofferson will lead Escoffier’s larger financial strategy and manage financial, investment, banking, acquisition and real estate initiatives. Christopherson, a CPA, reports directly to the CEO, Tracy Lorenz.

Kristofferson has over 25 years of experience in CFO, CIO and CAO roles in both private and public companies, working across multiple industries including software, software as a service (SaaS), IT, telecoms and fintech. We specialize in high-growth businesses spanning , Engineering and Construction, Consulting, Logistics, and Government. In these positions, he led financial, operational, and technical operations in his 170 countries, supported his CPG and food enterprise companies, the largest in the world, and served on the board committees of accredited higher education institutions. served as chairman.
